Annual Filing Subscription

Never miss another May 1.

Florida requires every active business to file an annual report between January 1 and May 1. Miss the deadline and the state assesses a $400 late fee. Miss the September dissolution date and your business loses its active status. SunFile files your annual report every January, well before the deadline — one flat price, state fees included, no calendar reminders to ignore.

01
Annual report preparation
SunFile prepares your Florida annual report using your business information on file. We confirm your addresses, registered agent, and officers each January, then submit.
02
Filed by early January
Your annual report is submitted to the Florida Division of Corporations well before the May 1 deadline, avoiding any risk of the state's $400 late fee.
03
State filing fee included
The state filing fee is included in your $249 annual price. No separate line item on your card statement, no surprise charges from the state.
04
Confirmation and receipt
You'll receive a receipt when your subscription renews each year and a filing confirmation once the state accepts your annual report.
05
Information review
Each January, we send you a quick note asking whether anything has changed — new address, new officers, new registered agent. You reply if it has; we file if it hasn't.
06
Cancel anytime
Cancel your subscription any time before the next annual renewal and you won't be billed again. No cancellation fees, no phone tree.

Four steps, once a year.

01
You subscribe
Enter your business information and payment method. SunFile confirms your entity is active and eligible, and enrolls you in the subscription. Billed once at $249.
02
Each January, we check in
We send you a short email asking whether anything has changed since last year — addresses, officers, registered agent. If nothing has changed, you don't need to reply.
03
We file with the state
SunFile submits your annual report to the Florida Division of Corporations, typically within the first two weeks of January. The state's filing fee is included in your subscription price.
04
Confirmation lands in your inbox
Once the state accepts your annual report, you receive a filing confirmation email with the acceptance date and next steps. Your subscription auto-renews the following January.

Questions people ask.

What if I need to update my business information mid-year? +
Email us at hello@sunfilefl.org with the changes. Note that changes to information on file with the state — new addresses, new registered agent, new officers — become official only when reflected on your next annual report filing. If you need an immediate change filed with the state before your annual report, that's a separate paid filing.
Can I subscribe if my business is currently delinquent? +
The Annual Filing Subscription is for entities that are currently active and in good standing with the state. If your 2026 annual report is overdue, use our Annual Report Rescue product first to catch up, then subscribe for future years. If your business has been administratively dissolved, use our Reinstatement product to return it to active status first.
What happens if I cancel? +
Cancel any time before your next annual renewal and you won't be billed again. If you cancel after we've already filed your annual report for the current year, you're not entitled to a refund of that year's fee — the filing was completed. If you cancel before we file, contact us and we'll discuss a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Do you file if I don't respond to your January check-in? +
Yes. If we don't hear back from you by mid-February, we file with the information we have on record. Not responding is treated as "nothing has changed." If information has changed and we file with stale data, contact us — we can help correct it with a separate filing.
Is this the same as your Registered Agent Service? +
No, they're separate products. The Annual Filing Subscription covers filing your annual report each year. Registered Agent Service ($99/year) covers acting as your registered agent — receiving official mail from the state on your behalf and forwarding it to you. You can subscribe to both if you want the full-service treatment, or just one, depending on what you need.
