The 2026 Annual Report Filing Window Has Closed
The Florida Annual Report deadline of May 1, 2026 has passed. SunFile is no longer accepting submissions for the 2026 filing year. You can still file directly with the Florida Division of Corporations.
⚠️ Late Filing Notice
Reports filed after May 1, 2026 are subject to a $400 late fee assessed by the Florida Department of State, in addition to the standard filing fee. Failure to file may result in administrative dissolution of your business by the third Friday of September 2026.

You can file your 2026 Annual Report directly through the Florida Division of Corporations' official portal. The state filing fee is $138.75 for LLCs and $150 for profit corporations, plus the $400 late penalty.
